These terms apply to the mobile games and website of Lumopop Games ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing our games you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games for your own entertainment. The games, including their code, art, sound and names, are our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs to manipulate leaderboards, or interfere with the service. We may remove manipulated scores.
Purchases
In-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are one-time, processed by Apple or Google under their store terms, and tied to your store account. Refunds are handled through the respective store.
No warranty
Our games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our games.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
